About Dr. Chappell

For nearly 20 years, Dr. Chappell has been in private practice in the Annapolis area offering comprehensive plastic surgery services. He served as the Medical Director for the Anne Arundel Medical Center Wound Care Center for fifteen years. His areas of focus are breast augmentation, including breast implants, breast reduction, and reconstructive breast surgery, as well as tummy tuck, liposuction and non-surgical body contouring. Dr. Chappell is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He has been consistently named a “Top [Plastic Surgeon] Doc” in What’s Up Annapolis Magazine. Dr. Chappell has extensive medical training and leadership experience and is the current President of the Maryland Society of Plastic Surgeons.
